Use a permanent marker to make a mark directly below the handle. Then, draw an arc from the mark to the two closest bottom corners, and cut along the line. This will give you your scoop.

Make a Measured Scoop

To create a measured scoop, pour a cup of water into your scoop, and mark the fill line on the side. Continue adding water a cup at a time, and marking the side, until you have all of the measurements that you need.
